You could give a student the world by sponsoring this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for them to experience entrepreneurship in Budapest and Vienna.
Lee Business School’s Global Entrepreneurship Experience (GEE) needs your help to travel to Budapest, Hungary and Vienna, Austria this summer. This trip will offer GEE students a rare opportunity to experience the intersection of business, politics, and culture in the constantly changing global economy. The GEE program prepares our future entrepreneurs to do business in a global market. Through courses that develop their business and leadership skills, students learn to build business models, analyze markets, and expand their world view. This trip comes at the end of two semesters dedicated to international entrepreneurship. With your support, students will have the opportunity to experience first-hand what they’ve been studying - the business opportunities and changes taking place in entrepreneurship on a global scale.
This tour across Hungary and Austria spans two cities: Budapest and Vienna. Students will meet entrepreneurs, business owners and government officials to learn about their cultures and economies. They will spend each day touring and taking part in cultural activities.

These students are our future global changemakers, but they can't reach their potential without your support.

Former GEE students share insights about their trips:
Meghan Azevedo: Cuba
The most valuable aspects of the trip from a cultural perspective were the instances we had to interact with the Cuban people. Being able to have a conversation with each other and openly ask questions was more valuable than anything else I could have asked for. One of the greatest lessons I learned is that it truly doesn’t matter where you come from, but what you do with the talents you have. I can’t even begin to articulate how much I was able to grow and how impactful this entire experience has been. I will forever be indebted to everyone who helped me see different perspectives on this trip.
Maui Orozco: Costa Rica
When I was told at the beginning of my Global Entrepreneurship Experience that in my junior year of college I would have the chance to travel to a foreign country as part of our international seminar, my first thought was “A semester-long vacation? That is awesome, sign me up!” At the time, my naïve eighteen-year-old self didn't think there would be much to gain from an experience abroad other than a tan and a good vacation. The international seminar in Costa Rica, however, has been far more than just good memories. From economic and financial trends in Costa Rica all the way to how coffee is made, this trip opened up my eyes to how international business is conducted and how each country has its own unique model for a successful business. What surprised me the most during our trip to Costa Rica was honestly how much I learned. I had no idea that a developing country could be so innovative and forward when it comes to business.
