UNLV HOPE Scholars Program, Helping Homeless Youth Attend UNLV
The UNLV HOPE Scholars Program is now entering it's second year. There are 5 students in the program who are working toward their dream of a college education, making new friends, working on campus and succeeding thanks to the generosity of so many community members one year ago. Now these same students are asking you to help the next class of UNLV HOPE Scholars to achieve that same dream. We are hoping to admit 8 new students to the program this year.
The program is a partnership between Title I HOPE of the Clark County School District, Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY), and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The program is specifically designed to assist students who qualify as Unaccompanied Homeless Youth in Clark County, NV, secure year-round housing, academic and financial support, employment and counseling while attending UNLV.
Please help us assist the next generation of homeless youth become Rebels and achieve the dream of a college education.
