Huellas Mentorship Program: A Legacy of Support
At the heart of La Voz is the Huellas Mentorship Program. Huellas, meaning "footprints" in Spanish, is a four-tier mentorship program designed to create a pipeline to the legal profession for underrepresented students, including first-generation students and students of color.
This program is more than just a mentorship—it’s a community that uplifts, inspires, and empowers. Students gain valuable insights, career guidance, and a sense of belonging that strengthens their ability to succeed.
